Schedule a tour
Our team reaches out to schedule a visit at a time that works for your family — handled by phone or email.

Meet with the team
Tour the center, meet our staff, and discuss your loved one's goals, support needs, and what a typical day would look like.

Complete enrollment paperwork
You'll receive a secure link to complete the Client Admission Application online. The remaining paperwork is finished during first-day orientation.

Welcome to Gregory & Friends — your loved one's first day, with ongoing support tailored to their Individual Service Plan.
Eligibility & funding
We serve adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities living in Virginia. Most participants are funded through a Virginia Medicaid waiver; private-pay arrangements are also welcome.

- Photo ID for the individual and guardian
- Current Individual Service Plan (ISP)
- Insurance / Medicaid waiver documentation
- Most recent physician's report
- Current medication list
